Founded in 1962 as the University Hospital Antiques Show, the show benefited and was organized by Penn Medicine until 2018. In 2018 the Philadelphia Museum of Art, with The Women's Committee and the many volunteers that served the show for years took over the responsibility of planning the show. Proceeds benefit the museum’s Division of Education and Public Programming.
