But for a brief window, all of their works are together again for lucky visitors who want to take in the Post-Impressionist master's swirling brush strokes and vivid colors. The Met owns sixteen Van Gogh's, the largest collection in North America. The works are frequently out on loan for exhibitions at other institutions around the world.
